This petition is filed for extension of time to furnish bail, which was ordered by an order dated 27.10.2016 passed in MCRCA No.948 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that because of the communication gap, the bail could not be furnished within a period of 15 days as was ordered, therefore, the same may be extended. 3.

Perused the order dated 27.10.2016. On due consideration, it is further directed that another period of 15 days is extended from today to furnish the bail to comply with the order dated 27.10.2016. Rest of the conditions of the order shall remain as it is. 4.
