Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is working on the post of Data Entry Operator in Sub-DIC Bioinformatics, National Institute of Technology, Raipur ,but salary from the month of September, 2016 & Dearness allowance from the month of April, 2013 as per Pre-revised Vth Pay scale has not been paid to the petitioner. He further submits that benefit of leave has also not been extended to him, against which he has made representation but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, the respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. To which, counsel for the State has
no objection.
(2) Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. The petitioner may make additional representation, if any.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
