1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner had served his duties as Assistant Teacher in Tribal Development Department from 12.9.1977 to 1.12.1981 and thereafter in National Mineral Development Corporation Limited from 10.12.1981 to 7.1.1989 and thereafter he joined his services as Lecturer (Mathematics) in the Department of School Education, but his earlier services in the Tribal Development Department and NMDC has not been calculated for the purpose of pension. Therefore, respondents No.1 and 2 be directed to calculate his earlier services for the purpose of pension.
2. Be that as it may, respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law
within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation along with a copy of this order, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
