This MCC has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(Cr.) No. 139 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 11/01/2017.

After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed.

The order dated 11/01/2017 is recalled.

W.P.(Cr.) No. 139 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
