2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.143/2018 registered at Police Station Tarbahar, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 406 & 408 of the IPC.

3. The applicant was deployed by Eagle Hunter Solutions Ltd. to run the foreign liquor shop at Vyapar Vihar, District Bilaspur. During the said engagement as Supervisor, the applicant allegedly embezzled an amount of Rs.8,09,280/-.

4. Mr. Mahendra Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant was posted as Supervisor in Sarkanda Foreign Liquor shop and not at Vyapar Vihar Foreign Liquor Shop. He would submit that the applicant is in jail since 19.6.2021.

5. Considering that the offence is triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class; the applicant is in jail since 19.6.2021; and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
