1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been denied benefit of promotion to the post of Platoon Commander. Further grievance of the petitioner is that he has also been deprived of many of the allowances and benefits which the petitioner is otherwise legally entitled for as per rules.

2. Perusal of the records, it appears that till date the petitioner has not filed any representation to any higher authorities so far as his claim

-2for promotion and granting of allowances are concerned and have straightaway rushed to the Court by filing the present writ petition.

3. For the said reason, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture. Rather the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to prefer a detailed representation supported with all relevant documents to the respondent No. 02, who in turn shall decide the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the amendments that has been brought to the Chhattisgarh Armed Executive Force (C.A.F), Constable (General Duty), Assistant Platoon Commander and Head Constable (Nursing) Trade Constable (Trained/Untrained) Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008. The authority would also consider the grounds that the petitioner would raise in his representation.

4. It is expected that respondent No. 02 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of representation. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No. 02 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
