(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the

petitioners have made representation for grant of the equal pay scale of Surveyor as per Dr. D.N. Tiwari Committee before respondent No.2 i.e. Director, Agriculture Directorate, Raipur, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, State Government is directed to consider and take a final decision on the pending representation of the petitioners in accordance with law after hearing of the petitioners from the receipt of copy of this order along with additional representation. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
