Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners' land has been acquired by respondent No. 1 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Gharghoda and award of compensation has also been passed by the said authority on 17.06.2016 (Annexure- P/1) but till date full payment of compensation has not been made to them by the said authority. 2.
Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make an application before the respondent No. 1 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Gharghoda for grant of full payment of compensation who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioners' application expeditiously, preferably within a
period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
