1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that as co-accused Shubham Chauhan has already been granted regular bail by the Court below, hence, a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
