Petitioner is an employee working under Respondent No.3. The substantive grievance of Petitioner is the pending application as regards her Earned Leave in respect of the period during which she was under medical treatment followed by surgery that was required. Grievance of Petitioner also seems to be the non-releasing of salary to her since January, 2021 onwards. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that as of now the grievance of Petitioner can be redressed if the Respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider her application on merits and take a decision within the stipulated time. 3.

In view of above submission, the present Writ Petition, as prayed for by learned Counsel for Petitioner, is disposed of at this juncture with a direction to Respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the pending representation and reminders of Petitioner in respect of the application for grant of Earned Leave and also for grant of salary to Petitioner.

Respondents No.2 & 3 are expected to take a decision in this regard at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
