Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of Petitioner is concerned, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the request and representation of Petitioner for regularization in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.

Let a decision in this regard be taken by Respondents No. 2 to 4 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.

It shall be the responsibility of Petitioner to apprise the Respondent No.2 to 4 in respect of the Order passed by this Court today. 5.
