(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide representation made by respondent concerned to respondent No. 3. (2) For this the State Counsel submits that if the petitioner files
fresh representation alongwith copy of recommendation, the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same in accordance with law. (3) In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of. If the petitioner files fresh representation along with copy of recommendation as well as this petition, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
