(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the pay fixation is not being paid to the petitioner by respondent No.4 i.e. Principal, ITI, Korba against which, he has made several representations before respondent No.4, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents No.3 & 4 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending application/representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
