1. This petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has not been brought against any specific order of the learned Family Court, Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa, C.G.

2. The only prayer is this that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying for recall of earlier order has not been registered so far is kept pending without consideration. Hence, direction may be issued in this respect. The petitioner has filed an application under Section 151 of C.P.C. on 24.10.2019, the learned Family Court has proceeded for issuance of notice. Subsequent to that, due to the pandemic situation and the limited functioning of the Courts, the case is

-2pending without any progress.

3. Therefore, the petition stands disposed off the motion stage, the learned Family Court is directed to register the application filed by the petitioner as Miscellaneous Judicial Case and proceed for issuance of notice to the respondent and decide this application at the earliest.
