1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Heard.

3. On the report of petitioner offence has already been registered under Section 354 of the IPC which is under investigation by the police. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction for fair investigation.

4. At this stage no direction can be issued as the case is under investigation, however the concerned police shall proceed strictly in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
