The matter was called up twice for hearing but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Rahul Tamaskar, learned counsel for respondent No. 5, would submit that petitioner has filed WPS No 2684 of 2021 (Ashok Kumar Jagat v. State of Chhattisgarh) which has already been decided by this Court by order dated 21/06/2021, as such, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous as petitioner has already filed a second writ petition which has been decided by this Court. A copy of that order be placed on record.
