Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners may be allowed to prefer an appeal against the impugned orders passed by the respondent authorities.

The prayer is fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within ten days from today. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioners, then the Appellate Authority shall consider and do well to dispose of the said appeal strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
