(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's appeal is pending before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Dhamtari since 23.12.2016, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Dhamtari is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner after hearing of all the parties and pass final order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
