This appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the impugned judgment and order dated 21/01/2002 passed in Sessions Trial No. 276/2001. Prior to filing of this appeal, earlier the appellants have filed Criminal Appeal No. 296/2002 and in the said appeal they have been granted bail by this Court.

In view of the fact that two sepgrate appeals have been filed by the appellants, the present appeal is disposed of. 3.

Counsel for the appellants would be at liberty to assist the appellants in Criminal Appeal No. 296/2002.
