This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.67/2021, registered at Police Station Chura, District Gariyaband (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. In view of the previous criminal antecedents of the applicant, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after two months.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
