1. Heard.

2. Mr. V.R. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner has preferred representation before the respondent-Corporation for reimbursing final bills in respect of the construction works completed by the petitioner, but the same has not been decided till date.

3. Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent-

Corporation appearing on advance copy, would submit that the Corporation is ready to decide the representation in respect of the construction works completed by the petitioner, except the work concerning "Gaurav Path" or any other construction work, for which, there is any legal impediment.

4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, ends of justice would be served if the Corporation decides the petitioner's pending representation, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
