Learned counsel for the parties would submit that Arbitrator has already been appointed but on account of certain reasons and difficulties the arbitration proceedings could not be concluded. However, it will be concluded within a period of six months from today. 2.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record and now it is for the sole arbitrator to dispose of the arbitral proceedings within a period of six months from today.

The parties are directed to appear before the Arbitrator on 20.11.2017.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
