Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who was working as Chief Engineer in Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojana Raipur (Division under RES), has been transferred to Grameen Yantriki Sewa Vikaas Bhawan Raipur by an order dated 06.03.2020 (Annexure P/2), and thereafter, the petitioner joined at the place of transfer on 13.03.2020. He further submits that the petitioner has filed an application on 07.03.2020 (Annexure P/3), wherein it is prayed that the transfer order of the petitioner may be canceled, may kindly be considered without any observation on the merit.

Since the transfer order has already been executed, in such circumstance considering the prayer made, without any observation on the merit to the right of petitioner, the respondent No. 2, to whom the application has been filed vide Annexure P/3, shall decide the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
