Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order of compulsory retirement has been passed against the petitioner, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all points in

the subsequent writ petition to be filed challenging the order of compulsory retirement.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
