After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a request to direct the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.
