Learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 before the appropriate Bench.
