The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 7908 of 2018.

The modification sought for is only to the extent that the address of the respondent No. 2 and respondent No. 3 has been inadvertently shown as Division Korba District Korba instead of Division Bilaspur District Bilaspur and prays for suitable modification.

The Said prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel. Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that a strong modification has been made out. Accordingly, it is ordered that the order dated 03.12.2018 in WPS No. 7908 of 2018, the address of the respondent No. 2 & 3 shall be read as Division Bilaspur District Bilaspur instead of Division Korba District Korba. With the aforesaid modification the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
