Mr. Saleem Kazi, Dy. A. G., Counsel for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 855 of 2019. The modification is to the extent that inadvertently in the writ petition, the address of respondent No. 2 has been wrongly mentioned as "Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Jashpur District Jashpur", whereas it should have been "Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Ambikapur, District Ambikapur"

Likewise, the modification also sought is to the post of which the petitioner is working i.e. "Shiksha Karmi Grade 2" but inadvertently it has been mentioned in the writ petition as "Shiksha Karmi Grade III" and the promotion sought has been reflected as "Shiksha Karmi Grade II" whereas it ought to have been "Shiksha Karmi Grade I".

The modification sought by the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents except the fact that any direction would be subject to verification of the service record of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the present MCC stands allowed. In the cause title, the address of the respondent No. 2 shall be read as "Chief Executive Officer,

Zila Panchayat Ambikapur District Ambikapur" instead Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur,District Jashpur. Likewise, The post in which the petitioner was working, shall be read as "Shiksha Karmi Grade II" instead of "Shiksha Karmi Grade III". Similarly, the post of which the petitioner is seeking promotion would be read as "Shiksha Karmi Grade I" instead of "Shiksha Karmi Grade II" both in Paragraph 1 as well as Paragraph 2.

With the aforesaid modification the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
