At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by this Court in WPC No.1681 of 2015 (Monika Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected petitions i.e. WP No.188 of 2005, WPC Nos.32 of 2014, 473 of 2015, 768 of 2015, 1341 of 2014, 1740 of 2015, 1947 of 2015, 1534 of 2012 and 1536 of 2012. They would pray that this writ petition may also be decided in terms of Monika Sahu (supra).

In view of the above joint statement made, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed in Monika Sahu (supra) and other connected writ petitions i.e. WP No.188 of 2005, WPC Nos.32 of 2014, 473 of 2015, 768 of 2015, 1341 of 2014, 1740 of 2015, 1947 of 2015, 1534 of 2012 and 1536 of 2012, subject to the liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner for filing a suit. 3.

A copy of the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Monika Sahu (supra) be made a part of this order.
