This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.15/2020 registered at Police Station Lailunga, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual

MCRC No. 4456 of 2020 Offences Act.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
