1. The grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the claim for compassionate appointment moved by the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, his father late Devsingh Banjare died in harness on 19.01.2019. The father of petitioner was working as a

Headmaster under the respondents. Though petitioner had filed the application for compassionate appointment as early as on 11.03.2019, till date the same is pending consideration before the authorities without any decision.

3. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 3 to 5 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with the policy governing the field on the date of death of employee, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
