1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.49/2020 registered in PS: Kansabel, District Jashpur for offence under Section 376 (2)(<) (3) & 506 of the IPC and Section 5 (<) & 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move again after examination of the prosecutrix and now she has been examined.

3. The applicant has allegedly committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix aged about 15 years.

4. Having seen her deposition filed along with covering memo and, particularly her age, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
