Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to correct the revenue entries with regard to land bearing old Khasra No.18/8, new Khasra No.54 situated at Village Subhash Nagar, Tahsil Ramanujganj, District BalrampurRamanujganj.

It is argued that the Superintendent (Land Record and Bandobast), Ambikapur, District Surguja has passed an order on 20.12.2005 directing such correction, yet the consequential correction has not been made.

Let the petitioner move before the concerned SDO for correction of revenue record in terms of the order passed by the Superintendent (Land Record and Bandobast), Ambikapur, District Surguja on 20.12.2005. On such application being filed, the concerned SDO shall hear all the concerned parties and decide the matter at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of application.
