The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.33/2020 registered in Police Station Bhatgaon, District Surajpur for offence under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Section 5 (L) & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
