This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.18/2013, registered at Police Station-Chando, District-Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC. 2.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this bail application by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
