The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.164/2020, registered at Police Station Tamnar, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 376 & 419 of IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix.
