(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that salary

from January, 2014 till this date and arrears of regular pay scale are not being paid to the petitioner by respondent authorities for which, he has made representation before respondents authorities, which has not been considered and decided till now and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents No.3 & 4 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner for payment of salary from January, 2014 till now and arrears of regular pay scale in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
