Agrawal Order On Board 31/01/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition and the trial Court may be directed to expedite the divorce proceeding. (2) He is permitted to do so.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the divorce proceeding and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
