1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted lease from 7/01/2012 for seven years and after expiry of the lease a fresh application was filed for renewal of the lease according to the terms of the lease deed it contained the right of renewal. It is stated despite the application for renewal was filed, the fresh lease has been ordered to be executed in favour of respondent No.5.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with a prayer to file revision before the State Government under Rule 5 of Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

3. In view of this, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to

file revision before appropriate forum which may be decided as expeditiously as possible.

4. Registry is directed to return certified copy of order dated 27/08/2019 (Annexure P-9) to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photo copy of the same.
