1. The grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is that the petitioner has been working as daily wage employee since 15.09.1994 and as such he has put in about 25 years service of daily wage employee.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondent No.4 has already made recommendation in favour of the petitioner for regularization to the respondent No.3 and which is yet to be acted upon.

3. Considering the length of service that the petitioner has worked as daily wage employee with the department itself shows that services of the petitioner was satisfactory and that there was availability of post in the department.

4. Under the circumstances, taking note of the circular of the State Govt. dated 05.03.2008 and the subsequent circulars issued by the State in this

-2regard, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The claim of the petitioner would be decided by the respondents subject to verification so far as his length of service and seniority in the department as daily wage employee etc.
