This is first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 146/2015, registered at Police Station - Baloda, District JanjgirChampa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 201 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the MCrC.

Permission granted.

Accordingly, MCrC is dismissed as withdrawn.
