Mr. Sushobhit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he submits that as applicant is a widow lady and having a minor child aged about 04 years, hence, a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide the bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after her surrender.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for complainant submits that they are having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant, after her surrender, files application for grant of regular bail, learned Court below may decide the bail application on same day in accordance with law, if possible. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Pawan
