Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 7 /0 2 /201 (1) Alleging that the respondents had not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No.5050 of 2015 dated 25.01.2016, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 25.1.2016 has not been complied with substantially by respondent No. 2 - Collector, Raigarh. (3) Counsel for the State/respondents submits the order complained of has been complied with substantially as the subsistence allowances has been increased by the respondent No. 2 vide order dated 6.4.2016 in compliance of this Court's

order dated 25.01.2016.

(3) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents/State, in the considered opinion of this Court, the order dated 25.01.2016 has been substantially complied with. (4) Accordingly, contempt petition is dismissed. The contempt proceeding is dropped against respondents. Rule issued is discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 6.4.2016 in accordance with law.
