Instant petition is filed by the complainant stating that the charge sheet was filed on 5/11/2014 and thereafter neither charges have been framed nor any progress in the case has been shown. On each and every hearing, some application are filed for adjournment of the case and non-appearance of the accused which is being allowed by the court and only three witnesses are there in the case, therefore unnecessarily prolonged delay is caused. It is submitted that petitioner being the complainant has attended more than 7-8 times but nothing has happened. Therefore, in a time bond frame the case may be directed to be decided by the court.

Perused the order sheet. Order sheet shows that except one or two occasion on each and every date there has been some application being filed for exemption and the case is being adjourned. Order sheet
would show that the case was filed on 5/11/2014 and as appears from the last date of hearing on 18/01/2017 nothing has transpired and dates have been given by the court below.

Considering the manner in which proceeding are carried out by the court below, it is directed that the trial court shall make all endeavour to decide the case within further period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order keeping into fact limited number of witnesses have been stated to be examined. 5.
