1. The limited grievance which the petitioner makes is for a direction to the respondents to consider his claim application pending before the authorities for grant of compassionate appointment.

2. The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4&5 to take a decision on the said application of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today.
