Vide order dated 14.03.2014, this Court has directed that all the petitioners would be at liberty to move representation before the Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation and on submission of the representation, the Corporation shall verify and decide their claims.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a joint representation was made before the authorities, but the petitioner has not made any representation separately. 3.
The petitioner is directed to submit his representation, if any and after processing of his representation, if the petitioner is not satisfied, he can move to the Court, but as of now, he has not made any representation, therefore, there is nothing to initiate any proceeding against the respondents. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed at motion stage itself with the observation as mentioned above.
