Agrawal Order On Board 0 7 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is appealable before the Commissioner Revenue Division and, therefore, he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the Commissioner, Revenue Division for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.
(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the
Commissioner, Revenue Division within a period of 30 days from today for redressal of his grievances, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
