1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 27.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6516 of 2018.

2. The direction of this Court was that, the petitioner to prefer an appeal and the appellate authority to decide the appeal. The respondents have entered their appearance and has produced Annexure R-1 dated 14.01.2019, whereby it is reflected that the appeal of the petitioner has already been decided. This Court is thus of the opinion that, nothing further remains in the present Contempt Petition to be proceed with. If at all, the petitioner is not satisfied with the order

-2dated 14.01.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same separately. Even if, there are any further claim over and above the recovery, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities by making a suitable representation showing the calculation and the claim, which the authorities are expected to decide at the earliest. 3.
