1. The challenge primarily in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 04.06.2020. Vide the said order the petitioner was transferred from Central Workshop, Korba to Bishrampur.

2. Today when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the respondent on instruction submits that the order dated 04.06.2020 under challenge in the present writ petition is now stands modified vide order dated 14.09.2020 and it has been ordered that petitioner shall continue at the present place of posting where he is posted for pursuing his retirement on 31.12.2020.

3. In view of the fact that order dated 04.06.2020 now stands modified and petitioner has been retained at the same place the substantial grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition now stands redressed, Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.
