The applicants have preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.255/2019, registered at Police Station - Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 323, 307, 147, 148, 120-B and 302 IPC.

First bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw the bail application. He, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible. 4.
